Great customer communication is key for Hamish. He makes sure to keep customers in the loop about what he is doing so they never feel ignored. Gas struts are the product category he is asked about most, and balancing phone, email, and in-person support can be challenging. When it comes to hidden gems in the store, Hamish loves the angled head for gas struts. They might not be needed often, but when you do need one, it is a real lifesaver.
